Hangcha Scissor Lift USP
Electric direct drive
AC wheel motors reduce hydraulic-drive losses and routine maintenance while giving smooth travel and precise positioning.
Useful platform range
HS configurations cover multiple working heights and platform capacities, including wider-deck models for tools and materials.
Onboard diagnostics
CAN-bus fault display, proportional controls, pothole protection and emergency lowering simplify daily operation and fault checking.
Match the chassis to the floor and jobsite
E-drive scissor lifts
For warehouses, workshops and paved outdoor areas where zero emissions, low noise and tight turning matter. The HS E-drive range covers multiple working-height and platform-load combinations.
Rough-terrain scissor lifts
For construction yards and uneven ground. Gradeability, ground clearance, stabilisation and tyre choice are more important here than compact indoor dimensions.
Crawler and compact units
For restricted access, sensitive ground or spaces where a conventional wheeled chassis cannot reach safely. Transport dimensions and floor pressure need confirmation.

Hangcha HS Series: useful product advantages
The E-drive models use AC drive motors, CAN-bus diagnostics and proportional controls. In day-to-day fleet work, that means smoother travel, easier fault checking and less routine maintenance than a hydraulic-drive layout.
Depending on model, the published range includes working heights from approximately 8 to 15.7 metres and platform capacities from 230 to 450 kg. The exact outdoor occupancy, extension-deck load and stowed travel dimensions must be checked against the selected model.
| Working height | Confirm the highest working point, not only platform height. Allow for the operator’s task position and safe reach. |
|---|---|
| Platform load | Add operators, tools and materials. An extension deck may have a different permitted load from the main platform. |
| Access dimensions | Door width, aisle width, turning space and transport height determine whether the machine can enter and move through the site. |
| Floor or terrain | Non-marking tyres suit many indoor floors. Rough terrain requires the correct tyres, gradeability, ground clearance and stabilisation. |
| Charging plan | Battery type, charger input and shift pattern should be confirmed together to avoid unnecessary charging downtime. |
ForkFocus configuration and delivery support
We review the work height, entrance dimensions, platform load, floor condition and power supply before confirming the machine. This prevents a lift from arriving with the right headline height but the wrong chassis for the site.
Optional working lights, platform power, lithium batteries and special site requirements can be checked before order confirmation. We also coordinate inspection, loading and international shipment as part of our 360° service.
Required working height, platform load, indoor/outdoor use, floor or terrain condition, narrowest access width, charging voltage and destination port.

Choose by the job—not only by working height
Indoor smooth floors: use a compact electric chassis with non-marking tyres, suitable entrance width and turning space.
Outdoor paved areas: confirm wind rating, slope, ground clearance and battery endurance rather than treating an indoor unit as an outdoor machine.
Uneven or soft ground: compare rough-terrain or crawler platforms by gradeability, tyre or track arrangement, stabilisation and transport dimensions.
Long shifts: check battery chemistry, charger input, opportunity-charging time and the actual loaded platform duty.

Why Hangcha—and why ForkFocus
Hangcha covers compact indoor, self-propelled electric, crawler and rough-terrain scissor lift platforms. That range allows the chassis, drive system and platform to be matched to the application instead of forcing one machine into every site.
ForkFocus checks working height, platform load, access width, floor condition, slope, charger voltage and destination before the configuration is fixed.
We then coordinate inspection, loading documents and shipment planning. The result is one material-handling project with clear responsibility from configuration through delivery.
Scissor lift FAQ
Can one scissor lift work both indoors and outdoors?
Yes, when the model is approved for the surface, slope and outdoor occupancy. A smooth-floor indoor unit should not be treated as a rough-terrain machine.
Is working height the same as platform height?
No. Working height normally includes an assumed operator reach above the platform. Quotations should confirm both figures.
How do I choose between lead-acid and lithium batteries?
Shift pattern, charging opportunities, maintenance practice and temperature matter more than battery price alone. We compare the complete operating plan before recommending a battery configuration.
What warranty and payment terms apply?
Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, depending on the confirmed machine and order. Normal payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery; special orders may require special terms.
