Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company details, destination, equipment requirements and correspondence. If you attach files, they may contain equipment photographs, nameplates, drawings, specifications or parts lists.
Please send only information relevant to your request and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss selection and quotations, arrange an agreed order and provide related parts or after-sales assistance. Order records may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations and the handling of claims.
The applicable reason for processing depends on the purpose and the law that applies; newsletter consent is separate from a request for a quotation.
Website and communication services
Website forms and communications use service providers. The current website includes Elementor forms, email delivery, a MailerLite connection, Google Tag Manager and Analytics, reCAPTCHA and translation services.
Their presence does not mean that every service is used in every interaction. Necessary equipment or order details may also need to be shared with people helping to prepare a quotation, fulfil an order, arrange transport or provide technical assistance.
Newsletters and marketing choices
A request for a quotation and a choice to receive newsletters are different purposes. A newsletter choice is separate, voluntary and not a condition of sending an enquiry.
You may use an unsubscribe facility in a marketing message or contact info@forkfocus.com about your preference.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
Cookies and similar technologies may support site operation, security, language display and measurement. External videos, translation tools and contact links may connect to another provider when used.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restrictions may affect some website functions. The privacy information of an external provider applies to its own services.
International handling
ForkFocus operates in China and enquiries may involve providers or business partners in other countries. Applicable requirements for international transfers depend on the information, parties and jurisdictions involved.
Contact info@forkfocus.com if you need information about the handling relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained on a long-term basis to support quotations, orders and ongoing equipment service. Applicable legal recordkeeping requirements and the purpose of a record affect how long it is kept.
You may contact info@forkfocus.com about access, correction or deletion; applicable obligations may affect the response.
Requests about your information
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, object to certain uses, restrict processing or withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact info@forkfocus.com with enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
A request may require proportionate identity checks, and legal recordkeeping or other applicable exceptions may affect the response. You may also have a right to contact the relevant supervisory authority.
Terms of Sale
Written quotation and order confirmation
The equipment and supply for an order are defined by the written quotation and order documents accepted by the buyer and the seller. Product pages and general guidance help with selection; they do not replace the configuration, price and responsibilities stated for an individual order.
Any change to an accepted order should be confirmed in writing.
Equipment and supply scope
The order documents should identify the agreed equipment, quantity, model and relevant configuration, including the mast, tyres, power or battery and charger, attachments and options. Manuals, initial parts, packing, documents and other included items should be identified where applicable.
Working-point capacity and attachment compatibility require the documentation appropriate to the specified configuration.
Prices, payment and delivery
The currency, payment arrangements, delivery basis and lead time are those stated in the accepted quotation and order confirmation. Destination charges, freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes are allocated under the agreed delivery terms and written supply scope.
Inspection and shipment preparation
Pre-shipment inspection is a service provided when requested by the customer; it is not automatically included in every order. When required, agree the scope, photographs, operating videos or other records during order preparation.
Customer-appointed third-party inspection may be discussed for the order. Packing, dismantled assemblies, load securing and any destination reassembly responsibilities should be recorded in the agreed supply and transport arrangements.
Receiving equipment and reporting an issue
Keep the order documents, identification details, delivery records and relevant photographs. Report a suspected discrepancy or damage with the order reference, equipment or package identification and a description of the issue.
Notice deadlines, carrier claims, acceptance and remedies follow the terms agreed for the order and applicable law.
Warranty and after-sales assistance
Warranty coverage, exclusions, remedies and required evidence follow the applicable terms confirmed in the quotation and contract for the supplied equipment. ForkFocus remains a contact for organising technical information and coordinating the agreed after-sales process.
The written order terms determine the arrangements that apply.
Parts and continuing support
ForkFocus can assist with identifying and requesting parts during the equipment’s working life. Provide the model, serial number, part number or clear photographs as appropriate.
Fitment, availability, price and delivery are confirmed for each request. A separately quoted initial parts package or later parts assistance does not mean free lifetime parts or an extended warranty.
Changes, cancellation and liability
Changes to an accepted order and any cancellation or return arrangements require the applicable written agreement. The allocation of responsibilities and liability follows the accepted contract and applicable law; mandatory legal rights are not displaced by general website guidance.
Governing terms and disputes
The applicable law, dispute process, contract precedence and any language-of-contract provision are those established in the accepted written agreement, subject to mandatory applicable law.
