One product range, several very different jobs
A warehouse reach truck, a 3-tonne outdoor lithium forklift and a 25-tonne heavy-duty truck cannot be selected by capacity alone. Chassis construction, residual capacity, cooling, braking, tyre, ground clearance and charging or fuel supply determine whether the machine will keep working after delivery.
Our practical Class 1 progression is generally XH → XC → XE → X → A by performance and duty expectation. It is not a price ranking: an A or X truck can still be the correct and more economical choice when the route and shift do not justify a heavier specification.
See the truck operating before comparing the working condition, configuration and duty level.

Product routes by truck construction
The links below form the first level of the product knowledge base. Each class page explains the truck type, then leads to the relevant series and product-configuration page.

Class 1 · Electric Counterbalance Forklifts
A, X, XC, XE and XH electric forklift families, separated by capacity and duty level.

Class 2 · Reach Trucks, Order Pickers and VNA
Racking height, aisle width, guidance system, residual capacity and operator position decide this route.

Class 3 · Pallet Trucks and Stackers
Pedestrian, platform and rider trucks for loading bays, production lines and internal pallet routes.

Class 4 · Cushion-Tyre IC Forklifts
Compact LPG cushion-tyre trucks for warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing routes with smooth floors and restricted turning space.

Class 5 · Pneumatic-Tyre IC and Heavy-Duty Forklifts
A, X, XF and heavy-duty pneumatic-tyre trucks for yards, construction, ports and sustained industrial work.

Class 6 · Tow Tractors
Electric and IC towing equipment for line supply, airports, terminals and industrial logistics.

Class 7 · Rough-Terrain Forklifts and Telehandlers
Ground clearance, traction, stability, reach and load chart govern work on construction sites and unpaved yards.

Class 8 · Platform Trucks and Personnel Carriers
1–16 tonne platform trucks and personnel carriers for plant transport and campus logistics.

Aerial Work Platforms
Scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts and boom lifts selected by working height, outreach, platform load and terrain.

FIMS · Fleet Intelligent Management System
Working hours, driver access, energy use, fault records, vehicle position and maintenance information can be reviewed across one site or a multi-site forklift fleet.

ADAS · Driver Assistance and Pedestrian Warning
Camera-based pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, event recording and configurable alarm zones support sites where forklifts and people share traffic routes.

Lithium-Ion Energy Solutions
LiFePO4 batteries, chargers and BMS monitoring are matched to shift length, loaded travel, lift cycles, charging windows and the electrical supply available on site.
A forklift becomes a handling system when an attachment is installed
A carton clamp changes the truck’s front overhang, hydraulic functions and residual capacity. We ask for appliance dimensions, weight, packaging strength and the required opening range before deciding clamp pad size and pressure control.
A paper roll clamp adds rotation and considerable attachment weight. Roll diameter, roll weight, wrapping material and paper grade determine the arm geometry, contact pad and clamp-pressure requirement.
A bale clamp is selected around bale dimensions, density, surface and opening range. Side shifters, fork positioners and other forklift attachments are reviewed together with the mast and load chart—not added after the truck has already been selected.

Watch the equipment working
Real operation videos make the truck, load and attachment relationship easier to judge than still specifications alone.

ForkFocus checks the complete order route
We review the truck, mast, battery, charger, tyres, cab, lights and hydraulic functions before quotation. Planned spare items can be confirmed by exact forklift part number.
Before dispatch, documentation, packing method, container arrangement and destination requirements are checked through our 360 service. Full containers, shared containers and suitable combined orders are planned through flexible shipment coordination.
Normal small-capacity forklift delivery is about 30 days after technical confirmation. Large-capacity and heavy-duty forklifts normally require about 45 days; special masts, cabs, attachments and project documents can change the schedule.
Hangcha forklift questions
Which electric series is intended for demanding outdoor work?
XE is designed to bring electric power into work that was traditionally assigned to IC forklifts, so gradeability, travel performance, ground condition and protection deserve close attention. XH sits above it for higher duty demands, while XC often gives a strong balance of performance, configuration range and cost.
What warranty is normally supplied?
Normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, depending on the model and order terms. Special projects can receive specifically agreed warranty conditions.
What are the normal payment terms?
Normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Special terms may be agreed for special orders after the technical and commercial conditions are confirmed.
Can the forklift, attachment and spare items ship together?
Yes, when compatibility, packing protection and container loading allow it. Combined shipment is planned before the order is released so that attachment frames, masts and service parts do not damage one another.
Send the load and working conditions
Our forklift team will compare the correct class, series, mast, power system and attachment, then return a configuration that can be quoted and delivered.
