1, fashion design
On the basis of current series’ appearance elements, Hangcha broke through the traditional design concept and created a dynamic and powerful appearance for AE series, which is in the line of the latest fashion trends and brings with a intense visual impact.
2, Energy saving
2.1, The first one to produce 80V dual permanent synchronous motor system in batch quantity. Further optimized asynchronous controller system. Strong power, high efficiency and low energy consumption.
2.2, Controller, hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic pump are all front positioned and could shorten the pipeline length and lower energy loss.

3, High efficiency
3.1, Equipped with efficient and large torque permanent magnet synchronous motor and large speed ratio gear box, the driving speed, gradeability and acceleration of AE series are better than H series.
3.2, Three options of speed modes are available for different working conditions. Personalized speed setting is available to meet the customers’ requirement.
3.3, Innovation of battery being moved out from rear side, which can be either shoveled or lifted out. The gravity center of the battery is positioned backwards to increase the longitudinal stability

4. Maintainability
4.1, Engine cover designed to be forward open, convenient for maintenance and battery charging.
4.2, Controller, fuse and other parts are within easy reach, tool free in maintenance.
4.3, Side positioned oil tank, convenient to add hydraulic oil and inspect liquid level

5. Safety
5.1, Fork buffer function as standard when dropping to the ground. Fork buffer function as an option when lifting to the top. These may effectively protect the goods and ground.
5.2, The whole vehicle is adopted with sealed cover and the protection grade of the colorful screen instrument reaches IP65. The rainproof effect is good.
5.3, Wide driver’s view, large operating space and excellent ergonomics.
5.4, Large size tyres being equipped on 3,0-3,5T to better meet the requirements of heavy duty working condition. Verified to be of reliable quality and stable performance through 1200H (16-17 hours/day) high-strength test in a VIP tyre factory.
