A usable quotation needs the operating facts
A product name and nominal capacity are not enough to configure a truck or attachment. The request should identify the load, working height, route, duty and destination requirements that change the quotation.
| Load | Maximum weight, dimensions, load centre, packaging and handling points. |
|---|---|
| Work | Pickup and placement heights, mast clearance, route, floor, grade and traffic. |
| Equipment | Truck type, power, tyres, attachment, hydraulic functions and any known model restrictions. |
| Delivery scope | Quantity, destination, preferred readiness date, documentation and inspection expectations. |
| Evidence | Nameplate, site, load and route photos where they help eliminate an incorrect configuration. |
ForkFocus forklift range
Equipment routes remain preliminary until the working conditions and capacity at the required point are confirmed.
forklift attachment compatibility guide: Attachment enquiries also require carriage, hydraulic and residual-capacity information.
ForkFocus has not published a separate acknowledgement or quotation-completion time promise; timing depends on the completeness and technical complexity of the request.
