The XC Series suits warehouses where longer travel routes, frequent lifting and high racking make cycle performance commercially important. Its compact lithium pack also leaves more operating space than a conventional battery layout.
The range covers routine pallet storage, high-throughput distribution and selected cold-store work. The final truck still depends on residual capacity, aisle width, rack clearance and shift pattern.

Mast selections extend to 13,000 mm, but rated capacity does not remain unchanged at maximum lift. Residual-capacity charts must be checked against the actual pallet weight and load centre.

Frequently asked questions
Which XC model fits a 2,000 kg pallet at high lift?
CQD20 is the floor-level starting point, but the required mast height and real load centre may require a different chassis. We confirm the residual-capacity chart before quotation.
Is the XC Series always better than the A Series?
No. XC offers higher travel and lifting performance, while A can be more cost-effective on shorter, moderate-duty warehouse cycles. The correct choice follows the route and pallets.
Can the XC reach truck work in a cold store?
Cold-storage models are available down to -30 °C. Temperature, condensation, door cycles, heated components and charger position must be confirmed.
What are the normal delivery, warranty and payment terms?
Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first; payment is normally 30% deposit and 70% before delivery, with special terms for special orders.
