Hangcha XEQ push-around scissor lift with stabilisers deployed

A stable work platform for installation at height

The XEQ range combines a 48 V lifting system, self-locking support legs and model-specific platform, chassis and stabiliser dimensions. Electric walking assist is an optional configuration.

Push-around chassis
The base machine is repositioned manually and stabilised before lifting. Confirm floor condition, machine weight and stabiliser footprint.
Electric walking assist
The optional drive configuration uses an electric drive motor. Published travel speed is 4.5 km/h and published maximum slope rating is 15%.
Support-leg arrangement
Four self-locking stabiliser legs support the machine during elevated operation. The deployed footprint increases with platform height and chassis size.
Operator controls
An integrated portable control box, emergency controls, sealed charging port and visible level indicator support normal setup and operation.

Performance in Real Work

Platform and stabiliser geometry

The platform grows from 2150 × 1140 mm to 2750 × 1600 mm. Deployed stabiliser size grows from 2180 × 2730 mm to 3520 × 4140 mm.

Machine weight and floor loading

Published machine weight rises from 1300 kg to 3930 kg. Confirm floor strength, point loading and access to the work position.

Walking-assist operating limit

Electric drive helps reposition the machine at ground level. It does not remove the requirement to deploy the stabilisers before lifting.

Recommended applications

  • Maintenance and installation work where the machine can be positioned and stabilised on a suitable surface.
  • Tasks requiring a larger 480 kg platform load with model-specific deck dimensions.
  • Sites where transport dimensions, machine weight and the deployed stabiliser footprint can be confirmed.

Application limits

  • The job requires continuous self-propelled travel while the platform is elevated.
  • The floor or ground cannot support the machine and stabiliser reactions.
  • The work position requires horizontal outreach or up-and-over access.

Compare Other Aerial Work Platforms

Different work conditions may call for a different machine. Compare the options below, or tell ForkFocus the main task and working height for selection help. If you know the model, you can request a quote directly.

Your requirement

Work points require frequent powered repositioning

Key difference to check

Compare travel pattern, access dimensions and platform load. XEQ walking assist moves the machine at ground level; stabilisers are still required before lifting.

Models and core specifications

Choose the platform height and setup footprint

7–11 m platform height: 90XEQ, 110XEQ and 130XEQ share a 2150 × 1140 mm deck and a 2180 × 2730 mm stabiliser footprint.

12–14 m platform height: 140XEQ and 160XEQ use a larger 2500 × 1260 mm deck and a 2560 × 2890 mm stabiliser footprint. The 16 m 180XEQ increases the deck and deployed footprint again.

All six carry 480 kg, so height alone does not settle the choice: compare the available setup area and transport dimensions, then choose manual movement or electric walking assist. These are platform heights, not working heights.

Platform height, platform size, stabiliser footprint, transport dimensions and machine weight increase across the six-model family.

The 480 kg value is the published maximum platform load. Check floor loading, stabiliser reactions, transport access and local operating requirements for the selected machine.
