2.0–3.0 Tonne X Series All-directional Reach Trucks
CCD20, CCD25 and CCD30 all-directional reach trucks for long loads, narrow aisles and mixed forward, sideways and diagonal travel.

Longitudinal, lateral, diagonal, right-angle, automatic longitudinal-to-lateral change and 360-degree spin travel let the truck position long steel, timber, sheet and coil loads without a wide turning arc. The real advantage is reduced aisle demand, not simply unusual steering.
A four-point support chassis and articulated drive axle help stability and floor contact during multi-directional travel. Load length, fork spread, rack design and the lowest shelf clearance must still be confirmed before approval.

Models and working specifications
| Model | Rated capacity | Travel speed laden/unladen | Lift speed laden/unladen | Lithium battery |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CCD20-XC4-IQ | 2,000 kg at 600 mm load centre | 11.5 / 12 km/h | 320 / 550 mm/s | 80 V / 250 Ah |
| CCD25-XC4-IQ | 2,500 kg at 600 mm load centre | 11 / 12 km/h | 320 / 550 mm/s | 80 V / 346 Ah |
| CCD30-XC4-IQ | 3,000 kg at 600 mm load centre | 10.5 / 12 km/h | 320 / 550 mm/s | 80 V / 346 Ah |
The three models use an 8.1 kW AC travel motor and a 21 kW lift motor. Reaching speed is 140/160 mm/s, while the published loaded/unloaded gradeability is 9/12%.
Standard mast height is 4,000 mm and the listed mast route extends to 8,500 mm. Residual capacity reduces as mast height rises, especially on the 3.0 tonne model.
All-directional, four-way or multidirectional sideloader?
| Selection point | X All-directional 2.0–3.0 t | X Four-way reach truck | X Multidirectional sideloader 3.5–4.5 t |
|---|---|---|---|
| Travel pattern | Six modes including diagonal and 360-degree spin | Forward/reverse plus left/right travel | Heavy long-load travel with side-loading chassis |
| Typical load | Long steel, timber, sheet, coil and mixed pallets | Long loads on regular warehouse routes | Heavier bar, pipe, timber and construction materials |
| Rated range | 2.0–3.0 t at 600 mm load centre | 2.0–3.0 t at 600 mm load centre | 3.5–4.5 t at 600 mm load centre |
| Key advantage | Highest manoeuvring flexibility in confined space | Simpler four-direction operation | Higher capacity and long-load support |
The comparison is only a routing guide. Actual load length, load centre, fork carriage width and aisle safety clearance decide the chassis.
Five checks that prevent the wrong long-load truck
The video supports a visual review of mast movement and warehouse clearance. Final selection still depends on the actual long load and aisle drawing.

A long-load project needs more than the truck
ForkFocus integrates forklifts, spare parts and hydraulic attachments into unified material handling solutions. We confirm the mast height, fork carriage, fork length, battery, charger, warning equipment and planned service items before shipment.
Required hydraulic attachments, forklift spare parts, inspection records and delivery can be coordinated through our 360 Service and flexible shipment planning.
Frequently asked questions
What is the main difference between all-directional and four-way travel?
A four-way truck changes between longitudinal and lateral movement. The all-directional chassis adds diagonal travel, automatic mode change, a right-angle turn and 360-degree spin for more flexible positioning.
Can it handle loads longer than the forks?
Yes, if the load is stable and the actual centre of gravity, fork spread and carriage width are approved. The widened carriage is recommended when the load or pallet is at least 3 m long.
Can the 3.0 tonne model lift 3,000 kg at 8.5 m?
No assumption should be made from the floor-level rating. The residual-capacity chart shows substantial reduction as mast height rises, so the actual load and lift height must be calculated together.
Is the truck suitable for outdoor work?
The articulated drive axle and braking design support mixed indoor/outdoor movement, but the surface must remain suitable for polyurethane tyres and multi-directional steering. Rough yards require a different chassis review.
What are the usual order terms?
Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Normal payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery; warranty is 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, with special terms reviewed for special orders.
