Side shift can be a useful part of an attachment, but “integrated” does not tell a buyer how many independent movements, valves or controls the truck needs. Define the movement sequence first.
Match the movement to the circuit

- List each movement: clamp, rotate, fork spacing and side shift as applicable.
- Confirm whether movements must be independent or can share a controlled circuit.
- Match valve sections, pressure, flow, control method and moving hoses to the exact truck.
- Check attachment mass, ET and remaining truck capacity after the function choice.
Specify the operating sequence before the attachment
Describe the load, how the operator positions it, how often each movement is used and the current truck’s hydraulic provisions. ForkFocus can compare a simple side shifter with a combined attachment and identify the necessary truck changes before quotation.
