Where this order picker fits

The four codes separate fork, welded-fork, lead-acid and lithium configurations. The elevated stand height reaches 5,266 mm in the reference table, and travel is interlocked as mast height increases.

Choose H or HK for an established lead-acid battery programme; choose HI or HKI for lithium opportunity charging. H/HI and HK/HKI also differ in fork and operator-retention arrangements, so the suffix cannot be treated as a cosmetic code.

Five checks before selection

Suffix and configurationConfirm H, HK, HI or HKI before quoting; the battery and fork arrangement change with the code.
Elevated travel logicThe truck reduces speed with height and stops travel above the defined limit.
Pallet or platform interfaceFork type, pallet lock and operator harness must match the task.
Mast clearanceCheck lowered mast height, sprinklers and the highest rack opening.
Energy planA 48 V / 620 Ah lead-acid battery and 48 V / 500 Ah lithium battery require different charging infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions

Is the rated capacity available at maximum platform height?

Do not assume it. The selected mast or platform chart, load position and attachment or pallet arrangement must be checked together.

What information is required for a quotation?

Provide the maximum load, pick height, aisle width, rack type, route distance, shift pattern, charging supply and floor condition.

Can the truck be used in a narrow aisle?

Only after the body width, steering or guidance system, transfer aisle, rack tolerance and pallet overhang are confirmed.

What are the usual lead time and payment terms?

Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Normal payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery, with special terms reviewed for special orders.

What warranty applies?

Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Special working conditions and special orders are reviewed separately.
