The operator platform rises with the load, allowing direct case picking and pallet placement from one VNA machine. This route can reduce storage-aisle width to around 1,727 mm in the brochure example, but only after guidance, rack clearance and rescue procedures are engineered for the site.
The turret stockpicker combines high-level order picking with tri-lateral pallet handling. The X Series man-up tri-lateral stacker uses the same capacity progression but follows the global metric configuration; the A Series man-down routes keep the operator at floor level and are selected when case picking at height is not required.

What is the difference between a turret stockpicker and a man-down turret truck?
The stockpicker raises the operator with the load for direct high-level picking. The man-down truck keeps the operator near floor level and handles pallets through the rotating head.
Can the truck travel at full speed with the platform raised?
No. Travel and hydraulic performance are height-related, and the control system reduces speed as the operating risk increases.
What information is required for a VNA quotation?
Provide the pallet size and weight, load centre, rack beam heights, rack-to-rack clearance, transfer aisle, floor tolerance, guidance method, shift pattern and charger supply.
What are the usual lead time and payment terms?
Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Normal payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery, with special terms reviewed for special orders.
What warranty applies?
Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Special working conditions and project configurations are reviewed separately.
