Forklift pre-shipment inspection checklist for importers
Every ForkFocus forklift order receives a pre-delivery / pre-shipment inspection (PDI) in addition to the factory quality-control process. The inspection connects the approved order to the physical truck, its model and serial identity, mast, powertrain, tyres, attachments, options and operating condition. Loading and securing photos are normally provided; complete-truck, nameplate and functional-test photos or videos are available according to the customer requirement.
Inspection must prove the ordered unit before release
Verify that the equipment being shipped matches the approved commercial and technical scope.
The truck should be released only after the supplied unit and agreed configuration have been checked.
Verify the exact truck before shipment
The sequence is factory QC, ForkFocus PDI, requested customer photo or video evidence, customer video verification, container loading and loading/securing evidence. ForkFocus arranges this verification before shipment is released, but customer approval is legally mandatory only when the order terms say so.

Shipment proceeds after factory QC, PDI and the applicable customer verification steps are complete and identified discrepancies are closed.
Release, hold or escalate
The factory corrects production issues, ForkFocus or the supplier side verifies closure, and the customer can review video evidence before shipment. The order terms control any formal approval authority.
Release when…
Identity, specification, options, documents and packing match the approved order and agreed checks are complete.
Hold when…
Evidence is missing, a unit cannot be traced, an option is unclear or a document/packing issue needs correction.
Escalate when…
Capacity, mast, attachment, power system, certification or material configuration differs from the approved technical scope.
