X Series man-up tri-lateral stacker with complete mast, lifting cab and forks

Where this VNA truck fits

The X Series uses a 1,300 mm lateral reach, a 27 kW lift motor and a mast programme reaching approximately 14.7 m. Automatic coordination between travel speed, lift height and steering angle supports controlled movement, but it does not replace a correct rack, floor and guidance design.

These figures describe the published reference configurations. Final mast height, residual capacity, aisle width and guidance arrangement must be checked against the actual warehouse drawing.

Series comparison for the same VNA task

This global X Series configuration is the higher-performance man-up choice, with up to 12 km/h travel and 0.61 m/s unladen lift. The A Series stand-on man-down family is simpler and tighter for pallet-only work; the seated CSD12-AED6 is slower but suits projects prioritising a seated operator and a dedicated man-down layout.

The comparison narrows the product family; it does not replace a rack layout, residual-capacity chart or site measurement.

Six checks before configuration

Pallet dimensions and load overhangProvide pallet length × width in mm, the load dimensions including any overhang, and the fork-entry direction. Pallet size directly affects the required working aisle width; confirm it together with the truck configuration and rack clearances.
Mast chart at every beamAt 14.7 m, a small change in load centre or mast option can materially change residual capacity.
Aisle guidance accuracyRail, wire or other guidance must hold the chassis repeatably in the aisle before lateral fork movement is approved.
Operator platform clearanceCheck rack beams, sprinklers, lights and emergency egress through the full lift path.
Travel and hydraulic interlocksThe site must understand height-related speed limits instead of planning throughput from the 12 km/h maximum alone.
Battery and heat balanceHigh lift frequency creates a different energy and oil-temperature profile from horizontal warehouse travel.

Check operator-platform, mast and rack clearances against the required lift height.

ForkFocus confirms the complete VNA handling configuration

ForkFocus integrates forklifts, spare parts and hydraulic attachments into unified material handling solutions. For VNA projects, we review the truck, mast, turret head, forks, battery, charger, guidance, rack clearance and planned service parts as one configuration.

Compatible forklift attachments, forklift spare parts, inspection records and packing can be coordinated through our 360 Service and flexible shipment planning.

Frequently asked questions

What does tri-lateral mean?

The fork head can work to the left, right and forward, allowing pallet handling on both rack faces while the chassis remains in the aisle.

Is the 14.7 m lift height suitable for every model and load?

No. Mast availability and residual capacity depend on model, load centre, battery, attachment and the selected mast table.

What information is required for a VNA quotation?

Provide the pallet size and weight, load centre, rack beam heights, rack-to-rack clearance, transfer aisle, floor tolerance, guidance method, shift pattern and charger supply.

What are the usual lead time and payment terms?

Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Normal payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery, with special terms reviewed for special orders.

What warranty applies?

Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Special working conditions and project configurations are reviewed separately.
