ForkFocus has a very strong support team and we will usually reply to you within two working hours. Please make sure that the email information you filled in is correct, otherwise we will not be able to contact you and quote.
Response and order support
We reply within two hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Beijing time (UTC+8), and within eight hours outside those hours.
ForkFocus conducts pre-delivery inspection for each forklift order. Complete-truck, nameplate and functional-check photos or video can be provided on request. Loading and securing photos are normally available.
Formal warranty follows the applicable manufacturer terms. ForkFocus coordinates the claim information with the manufacturer or technical team and assists with parts identification where required.

Quotation scope should make the configuration traceable
The quotation should identify the proposed equipment and the assumptions behind it. Missing load, mast, attachment or destination information should remain visible instead of being converted into an unsupported final configuration.
