Hangcha Forklifts / Class 8 / SPIRIT
SPIRIT Series Lithium Personnel Carrier
The SPIRIT is a compact lithium vehicle for moving personnel, tools and light trailers inside warehouses, factories and exhibition facilities. It carries up to 350 kg and tows up to 2200 kg.
Built for internal movement
A personnel carrier is useful when technicians, supervisors or material runners repeatedly cross a large site. It reduces walking time without using a forklift for a job that does not need a mast.
The 48 V 105 Ah lithium battery, approximately five-hour charge time and built-in 100–240 V charger simplify daily charging. A 2.5 kW AC brushless motor supports smooth travel with less routine motor maintenance.

Safety and ride features that matter
Operator Presence Sensing helps prevent unintended travel when the operator leaves the driving position. A front anti-collision structure supports busy internal routes.
The rear coil-spring suspension improves ride quality over joints and uneven indoor surfaces. The LCD display gives the operator clear operating and battery information.
Five checks before ordering
People or cargo
Confirm passenger count, tool load and whether towing occurs at the same time.
Route width
Measure doorways, turning areas, lifts and shared pedestrian lanes.
Floor transitions
Ramps, joints and thresholds determine ride comfort and safe speed.
Charging point
Locate a suitable 100–240 V supply and plan charging around the shift.
Trailer interface
If towing is required, confirm coupling size, trailer steering and total loaded resistance.
Why Hangcha SPIRIT
One compact platform for two jobs
The truck can carry personnel and light cargo while also towing a trailer. This makes it practical for maintenance, material support and large-facility operations.
Industrial controls, not a recreational cart
AC traction, operator sensing, suspension and lithium power are arranged around repeated site work. The result is easier to integrate into an industrial fleet.
One material-handling project, not separate purchases
ForkFocus integrates forklifts, spare parts and Forklift Attachments into unified material handling solutions. The truck is checked together with the duty cycle, operator route, planned service parts and delivery method.
For mixed orders, our 360 service covers configuration confirmation, inspection and document coordination. Flexible shipment planning is arranged around dimensions, delivery urgency and local receiving conditions.
See how compact industrial vehicles fit the route
Video helps review operator access, turning space and site movement. ForkFocus then confirms the route, load, trailer and charging details for the final configuration.
SPIRIT FAQ
Can the carrier tow and carry at the same time?
The combined duty must be confirmed from passenger or cargo weight, trailer resistance, gradient and route. Nominal ratings should not be added without checking the actual condition.
Where is it most useful?
Large warehouses, factories, convention centers and maintenance routes where staff repeatedly move tools or light trailers.
What does ForkFocus confirm before delivery?
We check the vehicle specification, charging supply, trailer interface, planned service parts, inspection and shipment documents.
Confirm the truck around the actual route
Send the travel distance, gradient, trailer weight, floor condition and shift pattern. ForkFocus will check the platform, battery, tyres, braking and service-parts plan as one material-handling project.
