Hangcha ADAS uses vision AI and multi-channel cameras to monitor people around the truck in real time. Visual and audible warnings can intensify as the forklift approaches a detected person.
The system includes pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, a driving video recorder and optional cloud visualization. Alarm zones, camera count and speed-limit signals must be matched to the actual traffic layout.

Camera coverage is affected by mast position, counterweight, lighting, dust and line of sight. Warning zones that are too wide create alarm fatigue; zones that are too narrow leave too little reaction time.
