What the A Series is built to do
The A Series is the economical entry point in Hangcha’s electric counterbalance range. Its three-wheel layout is intended for warehouses where turning space and right-angle stacking matter more than outdoor ground clearance.
This is a value-focused platform, not a substitute for every higher-duty X, XC, XE or XH application. The quotation must be compared with trucks of the same battery, mast, capacity at height and duty cycle.

The model code is only the starting point. Mast height, battery type, charger input, tyres, carriage and hydraulic functions still have to be fixed for the final truck.

Fair comparison rule: compare the same capacity, battery, mast height, residual capacity, tyres, charger and hydraulic functions. An A Series price cannot be used as the benchmark for a differently configured X or XC truck.
Five checks from practical forklift selection
Pallet length, fork length and right-angle stacking clearance must be calculated together.
Ask for the residual-capacity chart at the required lift height, especially when a side shifter or clamp is fitted.
They are not automatically the best choice for rough outdoor yards, broken floors or repeated ramp travel.
Operating hours, charging windows and mains supply decide whether lead-acid or lithium is commercially practical.
Confirm the floor, dock plates, ramps and thresholds before fixing tyre specification.
