High-Voltage Lithium Rough-Terrain Forklifts
1.5–3.5 T · 2WD and 4WD
Diesel-style outdoor mobility with a 309 V lithium platform, switchable 2WD/4WD and zero exhaust emissions at the truck.
When lithium power must leave the warehouse
This is not a warehouse counterbalance truck with larger tyres. It combines a high-voltage electric drive platform with the ground clearance, traction and chassis layout required for uneven outdoor routes.
The range suits factories, timber yards, farms, construction sites and mixed indoor–outdoor operations that want strong travel performance without diesel exhaust at the truck.

Choose by terrain first, then capacity
A nominal tonne figure does not decide the final truck. Ground condition, gradient, load centre, tyre traction and the weight of any Forklift Attachment must be checked together.

Performance that matters on real ground
The front and rear permanent-magnet drive motors support switchable 2WD/4WD operation. On soft ground, ramps or rutted yards, traction management matters more than the unloaded top-speed figure.
Ground clearance reaches approximately 225–290 mm by model, while gradeability can reach 63% on selected configurations. The external hydraulic-oil tank and water-cooled electrical system support heat control during repeated travel and lifting.
Why Hangcha — and why ForkFocus
High-voltage electric performance for outdoor work
- 309 V architecture with strong travel and lifting response.
- CATL lithium battery and IP67 high-voltage components.
- Switchable traction, deep-tread tyres and wet brakes for demanding routes.
- Low overall height options for mixed indoor and underground access.
One working configuration, not three separate orders
ForkFocus integrates the forklift, planned spare parts and required Forklift Attachment into one material-handling solution.
We review load centre, mast height, residual capacity, tyres, hydraulics and shift conditions before confirming the model. Inspection, export documents and shipment planning are coordinated through the same order.
See rough-terrain traction in operation
A working video helps confirm chassis clearance, wheel movement and outdoor manoeuvrability more clearly than a specification table alone.
For a project review, send the load dimensions, weight, maximum mast height, ground condition and steepest loaded gradient.
Frequently asked questions
Should I choose 2WD or 4WD?
Use 2WD where the route is firm and gradients are moderate. Choose 4WD with differential lock for soft soil, steeper ramps, ruts or repeated off-road travel.
Can this truck work both indoors and outdoors?
Yes, provided the mast height, tyre choice, turning space and floor loading are suitable. The zero-emission truck is useful where one route moves between outdoor yards and enclosed production areas.
How quickly can the battery be charged?
The full-charge time is approximately 1.5 hours with the matched charger and suitable site power. ForkFocus confirms the charger specification and electrical supply before shipment.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide load dimensions, weight, load centre, maximum lift height, ground condition, gradient, shift pattern and destination country. Attachment requirements should be included at the same time.
What are the normal commercial terms?
Small-capacity forklift delivery is normally around 30 days. Payment is normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery; special terms can be discussed for special orders. Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first, subject to the confirmed configuration.
Confirm the truck against your ground and load
Send the operating details once. A ForkFocus forklift expert will review the drive configuration, capacity, mast, tyres, charger and attachment compatibility as one project.
