Hangcha XH Series High-Voltage Electric Forklifts

Hangcha XH Series high-voltage electric forklift

Hangcha XH Series High-Voltage Electric Forklifts

High-voltage performance is justified by the shift, route, lifting frequency and heat load—not by the model name alone.

Where the XH platform fits

XH sits above XC, XE, X and A when the application demands the highest duty level in Hangcha’s electric counterbalance range.

It is considered for long shifts, higher travel demand, repeated lifting and operations that expect internal-combustion-style performance without exhaust emissions at the truck.

High-voltage drive system

The higher-voltage architecture supports stronger traction and hydraulic response while reducing current demand for the same power output.

Heavy-duty thermal planning

Motor, controller, battery and charger temperatures must remain controlled across the complete shift, especially in hot climates and outdoor routes.

Operator and chassis package

Stability, visibility, braking, steering and service access are reviewed together for intensive work.

Application-specific configuration

Mast height, load centre, tyres, fork length, cabin and auxiliary hydraulics are fixed against the real load.

XH, XC, XE, X or A?

XH Highest duty and high-voltage electric performance for intensive applications.
XC Mainstream lithium-ion counterbalance platform with broad industrial coverage.
XE Electric alternative for customers expecting stronger outdoor and IC-style working capability.
X Practical electric range covering standard through heavier industrial duties.
A Value-focused platform for clearly defined standard work.

Models covered across the XH platform

The XH range extends from compact high-voltage counterbalance trucks to heavy industrial and empty-container equipment. The final suffix is confirmed against load centre, battery, market and duty configuration before quotation.

Five checks from the field

1. Shift energy

Battery capacity and charger power must cover the full shift and planned charging window.

2. Heat rejection

Ambient temperature, travel distance and lifting frequency decide whether the system can sustain output.

3. Residual capacity

Mast height, load centre and any Forklift Attachment change the usable capacity at height.

4. Tyres and surface

Indoor floor, yard surface, gradients and travel speed determine tyre and chassis configuration.

5. Charger compatibility

Site voltage, plug, connector, charging area and local standards are confirmed before shipment.

Why Hangcha

The electric platform ladder allows customers to move from A through X, XE and XC to XH without treating every capacity as the same truck.

This gives the project room to match performance level, battery architecture and duty cycle more closely.

Why ForkFocus

ForkFocus integrates forklifts, spare parts and Forklift Attachments into unified material handling solutions.

We check mast height, residual capacity, battery and charger, tyres and hydraulics, then coordinate inspection, planned service parts and shipment.

Frequently asked questions

Is XH always the best choice?

No. XH is justified by duty. A lower platform can be more cost-effective when the route, load and shift do not require high-voltage performance.

Can XH work outdoors?

Outdoor suitability depends on the selected enclosure, tyres, weather exposure, gradient and charging plan. These are confirmed before quotation.

What information should customers provide?

Load weight and dimensions, load centre, mast height, indoor or outdoor use, route and gradient, shift pattern, attachment requirement and site charging voltage.

Review the complete application

Send the load, route, mast height and shift details. Our forklift team will compare XH with XC, XE, X and A before fixing the configuration.
