Class 4 trucks are compact internal-combustion counterbalance forklifts for smooth indoor floors, loading docks, boxcars and space-restricted production areas. Cushion tyres reduce overall truck dimensions and turning radius, but they are not intended for broken yards or soft ground.

XF Series LPG Cushion-Tyre Forklift Range

Compact indoor geometry
Wheelbase runs from 1,250 to 1,450 mm, while published turning radius ranges from 1,780 to 2,060 mm. Confirm the actual aisle, dock plate and turning pocket before fixing the model.
Shift performance
Travel speed reaches 17.5–18.5 km/h. Published laden lift speed ranges from 0.50 to 0.62 m/s, depending on capacity.
LPG powertrain
GCT GK21 or GK25 LPG engines are paired with an OKAMURA powershift transmission. Engine selection follows capacity, emission requirement and local service conditions.
Cooling under load
An aluminium radiator, independent oil cooler, optimised heat-transfer path and dual-hole counterweight support repeated industrial work under load.
Hydraulic attachment planning
Published attachment pressure is 14.5 MPa on the 3,000 lb model and 17.5 MPa on the larger models. Hydraulic flow and residual capacity still require project confirmation.
Operator and service access
A 4-inch LCD, LED lighting, suspension seat, panoramic mirror, wide-view mast, integrated waterproof fuse box and swing-out LPG bracket support daily checks and maintenance.
Where the cushion-tyre chassis is the right choice
Choose it for smooth concrete floors, tight indoor turning, loading docks, boxcar work and restricted overhead clearance.
Do not choose it for broken yards, soft ground or long uneven outdoor routes. In those conditions, compare a pneumatic-tyre Class 5 forklift or a rough-terrain forklift.
Attachment and capacity checks that prevent costly mistakes
A Forklift Attachment changes the load centre, forward weight and hydraulic demand. A paper roll clamp, carton clamp, fork positioner or sideshifter must therefore be checked against carriage class, operating pressure, opening range, mast height and residual capacity—not added after the truck is selected.
