Electric Pallet Trucks for 1.5–6.0 Tonne Loads

Electric Pallet Trucks for 1.5–6.0 Tonne Loads

Mini walkie, platform, rider and heavy-capacity pallet trucks are selected by pallet entry, travel distance, ramp use and pallets moved per hour.

Match the chassis to the route

A short, level receiving route may only need a compact walkie truck. Long production-line routes, ramps and high pallet throughput need a platform, rider or heavy-capacity chassis with the correct traction and braking arrangement.

1.5–2.0 t mini walkie

BD15 and BD20 mini trucks suit short internal routes where compact dimensions and simple manoeuvring matter.

2.0–3.0 t A, X and XA

Walkie, platform, rider, stand-on and sideways-driving versions cover medium and long routes with different duty levels.

4.0–6.0 t heavy capacity

BD40 and BD60 configurations serve heavy pallets and industrial transfer work where floor loading, braking and turning space need project review.

A, X or XA: the duty level matters

Family Practical selection logic
A Series A broad route for standard warehouse duty, including basic, platform, rider, weighing, high-lift and heavy-capacity variants.
X Series Selected when longer travel, rider operation and a higher-duty chassis are more important than the lowest purchase cost.
XA Series Compact lithium configurations for clients who need simple daily operation and clear 1.5–3.0 t capacity coverage.

The final comparison is made with the pallet, route distance, ramp gradient and cycle rate. A higher series is not automatically the better investment when the truck only makes short, intermittent moves.

ForkFocus turns the pallet route into an order plan

We confirm fork width, fork length, lowered fork height, wheel arrangement, battery, charger, platform and braking package before release.

ForkFocus integrates forklifts, planned spare parts and suitable Forklift Attachments into one material handling solution. The machines, service items, documents and shipment plan can be coordinated under one order.

Check the complete truck before shipment

The real machine confirms the fork and wheel arrangement, operator position, battery access, controls and service points that are easy to miss in a specification table.

ForkFocus records the agreed configuration and coordinates planned service parts and shipment documents with the truck.

Models and configurations

The model code confirms much more than nominal capacity. It identifies the chassis, operating position, battery arrangement and option package that must match the pallet and route.

Why Hangcha

The range moves from compact walkie trucks to rider and 6.0-tonne industrial platforms without forcing every customer into the same chassis.

A Series covers practical standard-duty routes. XA offers compact lithium configurations, while X Series suits longer travel and higher pallet throughput.

The advantage is the ability to match pallet entry, route length, ramp use, braking and operating position within one product family.

Why ForkFocus

We confirm the pallet truck as a working route—not only a tonne figure.

Fork width, fork length, lowered fork height, load-wheel position, ramp gradient, turning radius, battery and charger are checked before the order is released.

ForkFocus can coordinate the truck with forklift spare parts, Forklift Attachments, 360 service and shipment planning.

Electric Pallet Truck FAQ

When does a rider truck justify the extra cost?

Long travel distances, high pallet counts and repeated loaded returns are the usual reasons. Route safety, turning space and ramp use must also support rider operation.

Why does pallet construction matter?

Fork height, fork spacing, load-wheel position and bottom-board clearance decide whether the forks can enter and exit without damaging the pallet.

Can pallet trucks work on ramps?

Only within the confirmed gradeability, load and braking limits. Ramp length, surface and whether the truck stops on the incline must be reviewed.

From one truck to a complete pallet-handling plan

ForkFocus integrates forklifts, spare parts and Forklift Attachments into unified material handling solutions. We confirm pallet entry, route distance, ramp condition, mast height and battery plan before recommending the truck configuration.

Wear parts and service items can be prepared with the equipment order. Where the application requires more than forks, our forklift attachments and forklift spare parts are checked against the chassis, while shipment planning coordinates the truck and related items.

Select a pallet truck by route, not only capacity

Working-condition check

Fork width and length must enter the customer’s pallet, while wheel material, ramp gradient, turning radius and battery capacity must suit the actual route and shift.

Why ForkFocus

ForkFocus confirms the truck, battery and charger, wear parts, inspection and shipment together so the unit arrives ready for the planned pallet flow.

Related Forklift Attachments, 360 service and shipment planning remain connected to the same order.
