The picking height is only one part of the decision
The 1,100 lb stock picker is intended for repetitive elevated order picking where the operator travels and lifts through a warehouse aisle. Brushless AC traction, CURTIS control and simultaneous travel-and-lift operation support a faster picking cycle.
The 770 lb mini stock picker is the compact choice for occasional small-item retrieval and maintenance work. Its LiFePO4 battery, integrated charger and lift-height-dependent travel control suit stores, laboratories and smaller stockrooms.
What an experienced warehouse review checks
Pick cycle and height
Frequent full-aisle order picking favours the 1,100 lb platform. Occasional low-level retrieval may be handled more economically by the mini picker.
Aisle and floor
Confirm clear aisle width, turning space, doorway height, floor slope and any dock or threshold transition. These machines are not substitutes for pallet stackers or rough-floor forklifts.
Operator and load
Provide platform load, tray load, maximum picking height and expected travel distance. The guard, access gate and emergency-lowering arrangement must fit the site procedure.
