Before shipment: checks and evidence

Inspection evidence

Each forklift order receives pre-delivery inspection. Complete-truck, nameplate and functional-check photos or video can be provided on request; loading and securing photos are normally available.

Inspection and video-review scope Every forklift order receives a pre-delivery inspection (PDI), in addition to factory quality control. ForkFocus can discuss the evidence you need before shipment.
Truck and function checks
Complete-truck, nameplate and functional-test photos or videos can be provided according to your requirements.
Video review before release
ForkFocus may arrange customer video verification before shipment release. Formal approval responsibilities follow the confirmed order terms.
Loading and securing
Container-loading and load-securing or reinforcement photos are normally provided.
See the existing forklift pre-shipment inspection checklist for truck identity, configuration, documents and packing checks. A running video alone does not establish every specification or certify working-point capacity.

Case by case

Imported parts

Overseas stock preparation and customs clearance can change the timing. We confirm availability and preparation for the specific part.

Meaning of delivery in this parts context: preparation completed and ready to ship. It does not mean dispatch or customer receipt.

A nameplate photo or part number helps us check the correct component.

Information for fault diagnosis and parts identification

  • Truck model, serial number and operating hours.
  • Part number, nameplate photo or clear component photographs.
  • Fault description, visible symptoms, fault code and useful video where available.
  • Required quantity and destination country or port.

Visual similarity alone does not establish fitment. ForkFocus checks the equipment identity and applicable technical information before confirming forklift spare parts.

Send your truck or parts information

You can send a model, serial number, part reference or clear photo with your request. ForkFocus can identify what else is needed. Final warranty, availability and preparation details depend on the specific order.
