The X Series uses a 1,300 mm lateral reach, a 27 kW lift motor and a mast programme reaching approximately 14.7 m. Automatic coordination between travel speed, lift height and steering angle supports controlled movement, but it does not replace a correct rack, floor and guidance design.
This global X Series route is the higher-performance man-up choice, with up to 12 km/h travel and 0.61 m/s unladen lift. The A Series stand-on man-down family is simpler and tighter for pallet-only work; the seated CSD12-AED6 is slower but suits projects prioritising a seated operator and a dedicated man-down layout.

The fork head can work to the left, right and forward, allowing pallet handling on both rack faces while the chassis remains in the aisle.
Is the 14.7 m lift route suitable for every model and load?
No. Mast availability and residual capacity depend on model, load centre, battery, attachment and the selected mast table.
What information is required for a VNA quotation?
Provide the pallet size and weight, load centre, rack beam heights, rack-to-rack clearance, transfer aisle, floor tolerance, guidance method, shift pattern and charger supply.
What are the usual lead time and payment terms?
Standard small-capacity forklifts normally require about 30 days after technical confirmation. Normal payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery, with special terms reviewed for special orders.
What warranty applies?
Warranty is normally 1–2 years or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Special working conditions and project configurations are reviewed separately.
